About Me

Professionally, I am a classically trained biologist who is passionate about making science accessible to diverse audiences. I have demonstrated ability to conceptualize, design, and produce creative programs in both academic and museum settings, while organizing and managing logistics. I’m experienced in educating people of all ages in formal and informal learning spaces and skilled in managing community-based programming and using data-based assessments to enhance program impact. I have expertise in translating high-level scientific concepts into accessible, human-centered experiences that inspire curiosity, creativity, connection, and community.

Personally, I am someone who has too many hobbies for her own good. I love to sew, paint, embroider, rock climb, read really cheesy romance novels, play volleyball, and make homemade pickled red onions. I’m also writing a fantasy book!
